Mulberry Tenant Information
Leasing at Mulberry is off to a very strong start. Within two months of the facility’s formal opening in January, 2013, Mulberry welcomed six new organizations as tenants. Maryland Entertainment Group (MEG), Stacy Nicole Interior Design & Furnishings, Jennifer Rotz Photography, Antietam Law Group, Posh Locker and Ecton Media have joined the Hagerstown Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Academy which moved into the facility in December, 2012. As of March 15, 2013, Mulberry Lofts is 25% occupied.
